PRICING
All specified: accommodation, domestic airfare, shuttle services, non-optional guided tours, meals, and hotel taxes. Non-specified tours and meals are not included in the package price. Additionally, alcoholic refreshments, personal travel insurance, optional tours, excess baggage fees (domestic and international), passport or entry visas, airport taxes, meals and beverages not listed in itinerary and all other personal expenses such as phone, internet, gifts, laundry, etc. are the responsibility of the traveler. All packaged prices take the planning, handling and operational costs as well as the current exchange rates, taxes, and tariffs specified into account.
Patagonia Calling reserves the right to remove, add, change, or cancel any part of the package (hotels, transfers, ships, day tours, etc) that they feel is necessary due to uncontrollable circumstances. These changes may affect the cost of the initial package price. While every effort will be made to keep all elements of the itinerary in place, events out of Patagonia Calling control may require that changes be made.
Gratuities:
Please tip hosts, guides, hotel and restaurant staff as you see fit. You will receive a tipping guide for your convenience in your confirmations materials.

INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE
International airfare is the responsibility of the traveler. Travelers are responsible for arriving into the departure city on the scheduled date of the itinerary. International airlines maintain their own terms and conditions which serve as the sole contract between the passenger and that company.
In case of flight international flight delays, all efforts will be made on behalf of Patagonia Calling to ensure the traveler enjoys a similar itinerary to the one initially booked; but Patagonia Calling cannot be responsible for days missed. In these cases, programs will finish on the original date of tour end, and modifications, sometimes major, may have to be made if client arrives post-departure date. Patagonia Calling can assist in booking additional hotel and transport stays, if necessary. These costs are the responsibility of the client.

DEPARTURES
Patagonia Calling guarantees the departure of its programs. Only in extreme circumstances beyond the control of the company, such as major world events that make traveling dangerous or impossible, would this guarantee not be fulfilled. Also, if the minimum number of passengers is not met, Patagonia Calling reserves the right to place the passenger on a comparable tour fit for a smaller group, depart on a different date or travel on a different package option, pending travelerīs best available option.

IMMEDIATE CHECK-IN
Immediate check in is not guaranteed, however, Patagonia Calling strongly urges all participating hotels to utilize this service. Please note: early check-ins will be requested by your Patagonia Calling agent but cannot be guaranteed.

ADVENTURE AND OPTIONAL TOURS
Certain tours may require a certain level of physical activity from the traveler. Please be sure to ask your agents if the itinerary you choose is appropriate for your fitness level. Activities during these excursions could include hiking, walking on uneven ground, glacier hiking with crampons rafting, swimming, horseback riding, skiing, cycling, etc. It is important to note that emergency vehicles may not always be readily available, especially in remote areas where these activities may take place, so please ask questions about a specific packageīs requirements and activities when making a reservation. Alternative arrangements can be made prior to departure on day tours. Additional costs may apply.

BAGGAGE
Tour prices account for the handling of two pieces of luggage per traveler however, some weight and baggage restrictions may apply to flights within the country (details will be included in tour information). All luggage and personal items are the ownersī responsibility throughout the duration of the program. Passengers can check with international airlines for further information on weight restrictions and additional charges on international flights.

TRAVELER INSURANCE/PROTECTION
While not included in the package price, all passengers are strongly urged to take advantage of this optional service. Coverage includes all cancellation and medical costs as well as protection against lost and/or damaged luggage. If interested, please ask your agent for further information or see the Travel Guard advertisement on our website.

CHILD GUIDELINES
All itineraries require that children be 10 years of age or older, except for our family-focused itineraries. Age restrictions may be present on some activities on these itineraries. Patagonia Calling representatives will inform you of any restrictions before booking. Additional costs may apply in doing any alterations to a family package. Patagonia Calling also reserves the right to surpass the maximum group capacity on family tours in order to fit an entire family on a trip.

MINITREKKING/PERITO MORENO GLACIER HIKING
Children must be 14 years or older to participate in this activity. The activity should be reserved for the physically active and fit.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Valid passports will be necessary when traveling to the destinations serviced by Patagonia Calling. We strongly suggest your passport is valid no less than 6 months of expiration upon the date of return to the United States. For Visa information, please ask your travel agent. There is no visa requirement for US Passport holders traveling into Argentina on short holiday.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATIONS
At time of booking: A 20% deposit of package cost per traveler is required at the time of reservation. Full payment will be collected 60 days prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers making reservations on or within 60 days of the date of departure are expected to make the full payment at that time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notice must be received by email (info@patagoniacalling.com). Travelers who cancel their program more than 60 days from their scheduled departure will be expected to pay 20% of the total package price. Travelers making their cancellations 59 days or less before the date of departure will be held responsible for 100% of the package price.

CANCELLATION OF ADDITIONAL/NON-SPECIFIED SERVICES
For additional hotel nights and other extra services booked in connection with tour programs: Cancellations received 31 or more days prior to the service will be refunded in full; 30 days or less to the departure date will be charged 100% of the price. Domestic airfare will be charged in full once booked.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be made for any services missed by passenger due to their neglect. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program with supporting documentation received in writing. Patagonia Calling will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. Refunds will be served based on the actual services concerned, not on a daily basis. Refunds for missed meals or unused portions of the packages will not be considered for refunds.
PHOTOGRAPHS
For promotional projects, Patagonia Calling may photograph its guests while on tour. In purchasing a Patagonia Calling trip, travelers agree to become the subjects of these photographs. Those who do not wish to have their photograph taken must inform Patagonia Callingīs headquarters prior to traveling on the trip info@patagoniacalling.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PATAGONIA CALLING
Patagonia Calling /Arauquen (defined as all members within the company) does not own or operate any business that will be providing services to its travelers. All transportation, accommodations, meal services, and other aspects of the programs are provided by independent companies which have been contracted by Patagonia Calling. Although some companies may have a relationship with Patagonia Calling, Patagonia Calling is not responsible for the actions of these groups or the actions of any other outside party.
Furthermore, it is not the liability of Patagonia Calling to compensate passengers who suffer from any illness, death, inconvenience, property loss/damage, or delay which could result from (but is not limited to) an act of God, force of nature, disease, warfare, civil protest, animal attack, union strike, criminal/terrorist activity, overbooking, food poisoning, technical/mechanical failure, etc.
Adventure tourism brings with it certain unavoidable risks. Medical and emergency services may not always be readily available, and especially when traveling through remote locations, immediate evacuation isnīt always possible. These risks are not the responsibility of Patagonia Calling and passengers should be sure to disclose any medical conditions to the tour operator prior to making a reservation. Travelers should keep in mind to carry all prescription and preventative medications on their person at all times. For those with allergic reactions, diabetes and heart conditions this is especially important.

TRAVEL WARNINGS, PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CONSULAR INFORMATION SHEETS
Patagonia Calling recommends travelers check the U.S. State Departmentīs web site for up-to-date information on specific warnings and information on travel destinations. It is the responsibility if the individual traveler to gather this information via www.travel.state.gov/ or by phone at 1-888-407-4747. It is the responsibility of the traveler to assess any potential risk of personal injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property.

TRAVELERīS FITNESS
Each traveler must honestly state their fitness level prior to travel with a Patagonia Calling Booking representative. If fitness level changes between time of booking and trip departure, Patagonia Calling must be notified of that change in order to accommodate passengers accordingly. Fitness levels should be heavily considered, especially on our heavy activity programs like our Adventure and ski packages. If traveler is unsure of fitness level requirements for specific activities, pleas contact a Patagonia Calling representative.
Patagonia Travel has the right to decline reservations and also to remove members from the trip (at the expense of the traveler) if that person has a condition that renders himself/herself dangerous to either their own being or to that of another traveler (this also includes major negative impact of the enjoyment of the other travelers).

TRAVEL OUTSIDE PATAGONIA CALLING RESPONSIBILITY
Patagonia Calling is not liable for any incident occurring before or after purchased package commencement. Any situation occurring on travel or activity booked outside of Patagonia Calling package or not stated inside of specified package offering dissolves all responsibility of Patagonia Calling.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to the Responsibility Clause, to the brochure, or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Neuquen, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the MERCOSUR then existent.
